This will ensure that you get your daily amount in. Don't just drink water when you are thirsty, drink it when you aren't thirsty. If you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. The goal is to stay ahead of the game. These are just a few ideas to get yourself to get the recommended amount of water you should be drinking daily. Eventually it will become a habit and you won't be able to leave the house without a water bottle.
