Easter is now a distant memory. But the loads of Easter eggs, chocolate bunnies and hot cross buns you ate are not. And neither are the few pounds you picked up as a result or the leftover Easter eggs. And although Easter is over, your bad eating habits may not be and you may struggle to lose that weight. But you can recover from your Easter binge and start eating right and losing weight - here's how: * Make your meals lighter - To balance out the calories I suggest that you eat lighter meals - salads for lunch and lots of veggies and salads for dinner. Try to make your diet menu plan lighter by having lean protein, whole-grain carbs and lots of fruits and veggies. * Stay away from your scale - Don't weigh yourself; it's bound to make you depressed.
