Take the Stairs.

Dull up Short.
Again start early. When you are taking a cab, let the driver drop you off few blocks from your office. So can have the time to stroll and cover some distance with some fat-burning strides. Again, keep in mind that this will keep your metabolism high throughout the day.

Meet and Flex.
If you are used to hanging out with your friends for a sumptuous lunch or dinner, try setting up arrangement for activities that includes exercise. You may try swimming, play basketball or tennis there are many activities you can do with your friends.

Make the right moves
You may find it relaxing to get a few minutes from a late evening and take a stroll outside. You can take a short walk with your partner and watch the stars or you can let your child join. If you want to stay in your room it's fine. Why not play your favorite song and tap your feet for few minutes. Studies show that light exercise breaks while working can also bring up productivity and reduce stress. In Japan, many companies have implemented an exercise regime where workers are required to take part in daily exercise breaks.

Having just a little of playtime in your lifestyle can create a big difference to your battle for weight loss.
